01. INQUIRIES
To protect the privacy, safety, and security of everyone who uses our space, all first-time guests are required to provide either photo identification or a booking deposit before a reservation can be confirmed.
This requirement may be waived for existing clients, those we have met previously, or guests who can provide a reference from a service provider known to us.
All visits are by appointment only. Bookings are confirmed once any required verification or deposit has been received. As booking times are reserved exclusively for you, enquiries alone do not secure a reservation.
02. DEPOSITS
Most service providers accept deposits via Beem, with some also accepting gift cards via Prezzee. Each professional manages their own payment preferences.
Please get in touch directly with your chosen provider to confirm how they accept deposits and to finalise your booking.
03. GETTING THERE
Our St Kilda location is provided strictly on a need-to-know basis. For privacy and discretion, the exact address will only be shared on the morning of your session with clients who have already pre-booked and confirmed payment.
Clear directions will be sent directly to you ahead of your appointment to ensure a smooth and simple arrival.
We will also provide a list of nearby parking options within the area to assist with planning your visit.
04. POST-SESSION
Each session may conclude with a moment of stillness and reset. Guests are invited to enjoy a soothing drink from our filtered Earth tank water system, offering crisp, clean hydration designed to feel refreshing and grounding after your experience.
Rich in purity and carefully filtered for taste and quality, it provides a simple luxury that helps you re-centre and rehydrate.
For those who prefer, a selection of teas is also available, offering a warm, calming option for a gentle debrief and comedown before you head back into the real world.
