SCREENING REQUIREMENTS

To maintain a safe and professional environment, all new clients must undergo a brief screening process. This involves verifying your identity via photo ID or a professional reference from a known provider in the industry.

DEPOSITS & BOOKINGS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment time. This ensures our providers' schedules are respected. Final payments are settled at the commencement of your session via agreed-upon methods.

SAFETY & BOUNDARIES

Your safety and professional boundaries are our highest priority. All sessions operate under standard RACK or SSC principles. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for non-consensual behavior or disrespect of established limits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 48 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Deposits are forfeited if notice is provided after this window, as it prevents other clients from utilizing the studio space and the provider's time.
